Since this caveat created an un-level playing field for mailers, the PCSC has approved laminated mail pieces for automation prices on a case by case basis.In a joint effort, between the PCSC, Engineering, Operations Integration, a matrix of potential standards was developed, and mail piece are being approved using this matrix.
